New phone delivery

So, I ordered an upgrade 2 days ago and everything seems to have stalled as far as communication since.

EE tracking says dispatched via DPD, but no tracking info was given.

DPD left a calling card today saying I missed the delivery and they will attempt to deliver again and reminding me I need a PIN to give to the driver.

however, I never received a PIN, I only have the tracking number now as I managed to find that info from the calling card number.

 

I tried EEs contact us option, told the robot I wanted to speak to someone after it sent me in circles to the vague tracking info I already had. This was at 7.30pm and they said someone would be with me shortly and the online chat ends at 10pm, well I never got a response and I reposted in there in the hope of getting my chat flagged to no avail.

 

It’s almost certain I’ll be at work when they reattempt delivery and I don’t want to take time off if they won’t give me the phone without the PIN. Any suggestions on what to do next?

@Simples1978  if you download the DPD app and create an account you’ll be able to track the delivery there and the pin is also on it.  And yes, EE should also be sending you the pin. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
