I upgraded my mobile phone and paid the £30 fee and had confirmation email of my new phone but the tracking number does not work and had no emails since and no record of it on my online account any ideas ?

Is it the online tracker on our website you are trying to use with the reference number found in your confirmation e-mail? If you are not seeing anything there I would recommend giving our team a call and they can provide an update on your order.
