Placed an order on the 5th which was fine, got the order number and confirmation but then has been radio silence and status hasn’t moved from dispatched since. 

Should it take this long usually? It’s been a while since I’ve had to order a device unfortunately the last time I tried to call someone I got the run around and hung up on so I’ve been trying to avoid that. 

Any advice?

@Panda211  Online EE only show Midnight and Starlight colours available to order. If you managed to order blue it might be a case of waiting to come back in stock and I doubt they’ll get any as Apple don’t manufacture that device anymore.  

both midnight and starlight at 256Gb have a waiting period of over 21 days. 

You need to call customer support about this as I find it impressive that you even managed to order a colour that’s not available to order online.
