Dear EE
Since placing my order to transfer my number to you, I received my SIM on Tuesday which I dutifully put in my phone, but as of today, my original number hasn't been ported across, neither does the initial £10 that I payed show up in my account.
As it appears that there is no other way to contact you, I am post my query here.
Can you tell me what is happening please ?

Welcome to the EE and welcome to the Community!
You can check the number currently associated to your SIM card by visiting SIM Status page from your mobile.
The £10 credit will have been used to purchase your subscription pack. This will activate when you make your first call.
To transfer your number over to EE, text PORT to 150 from the new EE SIM card.
This will take you through 2 steps to submit your PAC Code and transfer your number.
