I bought the iPhone 16 pro Max, on Thursday 3 -10-24 below it said that it was in stock and that it would arrive in 1 to 3 days tomorrow would be the third day, and I have not received any message apart from the purchase receipt, no reference number to track my order. I have called to communicate and they do not answer me, when I am supposed to arrive tomorrow. Because it was in stock I have called several times for an answer and no one answers me I would like to know what is going on and if they could help me. The situation is worrying since I pay for the full phone.

@Sadysalazar What colour and storage size ? Because all the 256Gb ones are over 28 days waiting
The 512Gb ones are 21 to over 28 days waiting
And the 1024Gb ones are all over 28 days waiting. As per the listing on each model type.

That's why I bought it because it was supposed to take me two days, because I find it regrettable that it announces that it will be in two or three days when it's not true, that's why I bought it in this company, I even went to the physical store they answered me that if I better do it online that I would have it before. I want my money back

@Sadysalazar if you want to cancel your order, you will need to call customer services. EE can not get the model you ordered any sooner as other customers who ordered before you are still waiting on their order for that model spec. Apple can not produce then quickly enough so there is a backlog of orders. Apple themselves have a backlog of orders.

Because they have to give an estimated date at least because more than 28 days, that can be more than a month. They can't cheat like that and say more than 28 days and not give an estimated or exact date of when it would be sent, even Apple has its estimated dates
Who assures me that within 28 days that have already passed. 5 days within 28 days tell me it's not that you have to wait another 28 days. So please I need an estimated date of when I will receive my order, because when I bought the phone it said it would arrive in 1 or 3 days. And I understand that people are before me, so don't use dates that they won't be able to fulfil, so people can decide whether to wait or not.

Last Thursday I cancelled the order they refunded my money, I have proof of it that I was talking 28 minutes to cancel it and now they have charged me and I don't understand why when I had already cancelled the order and I have not received any. Product and in my account it is at -1200 and I would like to be solved
