Placed an order on Sunday night.
Put in the tracking number online with email address and phone number, however coming up saying tracking timed out. Haven’t received any updates on my order….

Hi Katie, I am having the same problem, I'm using a samsung galaxy s23 ultra and I placed an order on sunday morning for the ps5 bundle an add on to my phone bill and I havent recieved an update and tracking says error, according to the ps5 bundle what I read is I will recieve it within 1 to 3 working days, it's been a couple of days and no update tracking not working, I just want to know what's happening ?

The iPhone 16 Pro Desert Titanium 128GB and 256GB both a 7 day wait.
The 512GB and 1TB both have a 3 day wait time.
You should be hearing from us very soon once a device has been allocated to you and your order progresses.
