iPhone 16 Pro Max Order Confirmation and Delivery Timing

Hi, I ordered an Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max 512GB in Natural Titanium last night, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. However, the upfront payment of £450 has been deducted from my account.

I'm also wondering when I can expect the delivery of the device, as I’ll be traveling out of the country for five weeks hence I chose delivery to the nearest EE branch.

Any helpful information is highly appreciated…

Welcome to the EE Community

With that particular model, dispatch is expected within 3 days of order, once dispatched you should get a text from DPD  to the contact number you set, with the tracking information which will allow you to track and see when its delivered to store ready for pick up. 

I am not sure when it is you are travelling out of the country, but just to let you know the EE store will hold an order for 7 days in store before sending it back to be cancelled. 

Did any e-mail end up in your spam, junk or promotions folders?

Hey Alex, thanks so much for getting back to me. I just spoke with customer support, and they were able to assist me. Unfortunately, it turns out that my credit check has failed. They mentioned that the upfront payment of £450 will be refunded to my bank account within 5 to 7 days.

@sh4mmi4lwis  Thank you for coming back to provide an update, I am sorry to hear that regarding your order. That is correct any upfront charge that has been processed or is pending with your bank, will now be refunded with the order not going ahead.

Hi Alex,

Thank you so much for the quick response and for confirming the refund process. I really appreciate it!

I had used a promotion code given to me by a friend who works for EE, which provided a 50% discount on airtime. Since the order didn’t go through, I thought I might try placing the order under my spouse’s name, but unfortunately, the code no longer seems to work. Would it be possible to have it reactivated, or is there another way I might be able to apply the discount again?

@sh4mmi4lwis  Ah I see, it sounds like a friends and family code that you have, as the order completed on the website side it will be counting the code as redeemed currently. If it is the friends and family discount, your friend is able to generate up to 5 codes per year so may have another to spare.

 If not however there is a form they can send from our colleague products page to our back office team who should be able to help given the code was redeemed on an order that has not went ahead.
