Tracking order

Placed an order on Sunday night. 
Put in the tracking number online with email address and phone number, however coming up saying tracking timed out. Haven’t received any updates on my order…. 
Help!

Looking at our stock for the Samsung A15 5G and it looks good for all colours. 

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this further for you.

Hi Katie, that's for the quick reply but I have been in contact with EE customer service and sales team I now know the problem and it have been fixed, the bundle I ordered was unavailable so switched it to something else and my ps5 will come tomorrow and the bundle part in 2 weeks time, thankyou for your time

Hi Katie,No problem but I do have 1 question, on the call the lady said I will recieve a new email of the confirmation order but I haven't recieved the email yet, can you see if they have forgotten to send me the email with the new tracking number and receipt of purchase Sent from my Galaxy
