Tracking my replacement device

I have been told that the replacement device has been ordered successfully 2 days ago and I haven’t received any update from either delivery service or from EE. Is there any way to track my order? Can anyone help me

What did you order, make, colour and storage size?

You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

Have you checked your inbox and junk folder to see if you have received anything from EE?
