Tacking orders not working?

I placed an order for a new sim 2 days ago and received an email saying that the order was successful with a tracking number but when going into the EE website it doesn’t let me track it, when I put my tracking number and email it just says my tracking timed out and to try again but it won’t work after trying over and over. Is it best to wait since it’s only been 2 days or should I contact them?

Thanks for coming to the community.

The new SIM cards are usually just sent by standard post, so there wouldn't be a tracking option for them.

It is best to wait a few days as while they often arrive within a couple of days, if the order was placed at the weekend it would towards the middle of the week before it arrives. If you've not received it by the time the post comes on Friday, then that would be the best time to call to chase.
