Surface Pro 11 Order

Hi 

I've recently ordered a Surface Pro 11 as a pay monthly with data connection but my order tracking looks odd, it looks like it has moved to the dispatched point by the screenshot below but it doesn't have a dispatched on date and I've not had anything else through.

I'm a bit concerned as the last few times I have had an order I never seem to get any notifications that it has dispatched or out for delivery and the PIN for DPD never came through.

Tried calling 150 but the sales team couldn't really help and sent me to the website to track the order.

It sounds like your order has been accepted but is on Back Order, pending stock availability. 

I can see our stock information shows Microsoft Surface Pro 11 are currently "Available to order, but Expect despatch within 14 days". 
We're working closely with the suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders as soon as we can.

This will be the reason why no shipping information is showing yet.

Have you tried downloading the DPD app for more detailed information about your delivery?

I have the DPD app and nothing is showing in there but also my last couple of deliveries from EE have not shown in there either, I've checked my mobile number and email address match and they are correct but there is nothing tracking in there currently
