es im unable to locate order,they advised to try live chat/the community or to contact digital sales,ive done all this and getting nowhere and frustrated now

yes but they were unable to locate my order/advise. does this mean my orders cancelled?Im unwell in hospital and cannot keep chasing this up on the phone to get nowhere. The only reason i picked the device was i wanted quick dispatch and i need a phone replacement to maintain contact with family while in hospital.Surely someone cancheck?

yes they did.they advised to ask the community or live chat.I just want an order update without being sent in circles.
