Still awaiting order number

Hi, 

So I put an order through for a new upgrade on my handset this was on the 21/09 I received an email at the time saying the order has been received but I didn't have a 10-12 digit code to track my package it has now been a couple of weeks and I was wondering when I would recieve an order number or an eta on when I will recieve the phone

Any help will be greatly appreciated

You have not written which phone, colour and storage size, as this might help.

Orders are done on a first come first serve basis, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one with a one hour window.

@Jordywardy , thank you for that information, as this is a new Apple phone, there is a backlog, as it depends how many have been received from Apple, and as I have already written, they are sent out on a first come first serve and you will receive notification from DPD of delivery, alternatively, if you want to know when you are likely to receive it, you will have to get in contact with EE customer service.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. You'll receive a text with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
