So I upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro max on 16/09, and before anyone says anything I appreciate there are a Welles worth of pre orders before me!
My issue is after being lied to on 4 separate occasions by the digital care team I managed to speak to someone in accounts, who to be fair was spot on with his customer service! The rest of EE could learn a thing or two from him.
I was told that my phone should be with me by 14/10. Not ideal but it is what it is!
Yesterday, 4/10, I had a text saying EE were going to be calling me.... a few hours later nothing . I stupidly spoke to the Online Care Team who said someone was going to be calling to advise me my order was in the EE warehouse. This was a surprise, so I call EE because frankly I didn't believe them. Lo w and behold this wasn't true no sign of my device being allocated any time soon
EE seem to have no idea what's going on and will happily lie to customers. If I lied as much as some EE customer service reps in my job I'd be sacked!
So I guess my question is what's going on EE?

Maybe next week? Does say on website dispatched within 28 days. Last year I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max silver 512gb and mine said dispatched within 28 days I received mine on the 28th day. I’ve ordered the pro max purple 256gb and mines saying dispatched within 21 days I’m expecting mine next week but not holding hope

The Online Shop, shows what the current estimated dispatch time for new orders of your model, for existing orders, these will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.
DPD will be in touch with you with delivery information once the order has been dispatched.
