No phone in parcel upon delivery - only case & screen protector! EE useless!

I have the same problem. But have received no text nor email to say its being disconnected.my number apparently is disconnected. have been trying to get in touch EE but its leading nowhere!Frustrating.

Now TV

I have switched from BT where everything was great. I  can access Sky Chanel’s but not Now TV. Now TV doesn’t recognise my email. I’ve contacted the EE technician but they can’t do anything and told me to contact Now. Now said it wasn’t their problem...

Repeated Emails asking to return kit.

I’m getting emails asking to return my kit, 6 weeks now and they are getting nearer to charging me a fee. I have returned it and have proof of postage. Ideas on how to  sort this - online preferably.
