Query on tech order

Hi,

I ordered a pair of Bose headphones yesterday. £5 paid, and the rest put on my EE monthly bill. The £5 was taken but I have had no order acknowledgement. Does anyone know who to contact for tech orders? 150 has no option for this.

@mgnorris72  have you checked your spam folder  ?   you can also call customer support and select the nearest option to what your issue is. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
