Hi,

I upgraded my SIM only to a phone and SIM contract last Friday. I've received the confirmation email for the Pixel 7 Pro 128GB Obsidian but I haven't had any tracking updates since.

Whenever I try to track it, the site just tells me "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.". I've tried using the xko number with both my email and phone number with no luck.

The email did mention that it usually despatches within 7 days so I might be a little hasty but is there any way I can get an update for what's going on?

Welcome to the community.

The current estimated delivery timescale for that model is to 'expect dispatch within 14 days'. If you would like to discuss or amend your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
