Hi alldo anyone know if we sending out preorders early like samsung.com are. They sending out preorders 5 days early on 21st September

I am still waiting on DPD confirmation. EE site says it has been dispatched though.

I still haven't received any notifications apart from that message from ee saying my contract has changed and that i have upgraded. I phoned ee and didn't get through to them even though I was on the phone for nearly an hour. If I haven't got a notification by 5pm I'm phoning again.

That is all I have received aswell. However on the EE site on tracking it does however say dispatched. Just waiting on DPD notifications etc 🤞🏼

notifications can come through any time of the day. We wont all get notifications at the same time.

When i got my fold 3, i didnt get a notification until after 7pm. It will vary for everyone. ( yes, i understand it can be frustrating also not knowing when anyone will get notified)

Some customers may get notifications tomorrow. We just dont know at this point.

So my DPD app updated at 10:44 with "Parcel collected from sender".

No other updates since. I'm hoping this means I'm getting it tomorrow. I'll be beyond annoyed if I don't as I've taken the day off work, they have updated my contract & what's tge point of ordering before the launch event ended on 10th August if I'm not going to get it on launch day? 

If I don't get it tomorrow I'll never order another phone from EE again.

I can imagine it will get delivered tomorrow if its been picked up and dpd says it has. I haven't even got a notification yet from dpd and tried to phone ee only to be put on hold for an hour and no one even answered.

There are probably thousands of customers trying to reach EE for the same reason. If they communicated better, then the problem wouldn't exist...

A few minutes ago I also got a text message from EE confirming the delivery tomorrow.

Great news! Your new Samsung Z Fold4 5G 256GB Greygreen, on order number ######### is now with our courier, DPD. You'll shortly receive an SMS with your delivery slot. Thanks from EE.

I expect to get the e-mail from DPD later tonight and the final e-mail and text giving the 1-hour slot tomorrow morning.
