Samsung Fold 8 & Fold Ultra Pre orders

I placed an order for the Fold 8 Ultra 1tb Graphite yesterday after it was announced and received an email with an order number.  The order was an additional line. 

Nothing is showing in order tracking when I try to use the order number it says enter a valid order number. 

Talked to customer service they keep saying it's been placed but im having doubts 

Anyone else having the same issue?

It won't show tracking or sent etc which given it's a pre-order will happen as you were advised

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you've received an order confirmation and our customer support team have confirmed they can see the order, the next update will usually be once your order has been processed.

DPD will then be in touch with your delivery date and time slot, and that's when you'll receive your tracking details.

If you haven't already, it's worth downloading the DPD app. Once your parcel has been assigned to DPD, you'll be able to track this and receive delivery updates directly through the app.

Mine is being delivered tomorrow as well apparently.  The DPD app says due for delivery  Friday, that's usually always correct.  Now to find a case and screen protector!

That's certainly not what we would expect, @killyouridols08 

If you give our team a call, we'll be able to look at the status of your order, and depending on what state it's in for how long this has gone unchanged., we'll be able to raise this with our supply chain team for further investigation.

Hi @Peter_W  I'll reach out if its not resolved today. They say they have found it in the Depot and are redelivering today. We'll see, fingers crossed
