Ordered the s23 ultra with the buds 2 pro deal and the phone turned up today by itself, so are the buds meant to turn up with the phone or do they come later?

Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:
Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I ordered this too as an additional line etc on my account. There was nothing on my invoice to reflect this or as an acknowledgment, do I assume this will be automatically sent or should it have appeared on the invoice?

That's right, your free gift won't be listed on your invoice, but they'll be sent out to your home address automatically.
Please allow 15-30 days for delivery.

Hi 👋🏼 have recently updated my account address, how do I check where my buds will be sent please? Order was placed on Thursday just gone and I have only just managed to update my address having been sent from pillar to post. I asked in store when I collected my order and they reassured me that they had to go online to redeem despite me saying it stating it was automatic online. I did use my new address as the billing address for the order. At what point do Samsung access the address details please? I am super keen that they are not delivered to my old address as I’d have no way to get them. Thanks

Sorry to jump on this thread, I signed up to EE as a new customer on the 11th February, for the S23 Ultra and the phone came on the 15th, is this something recent or does everyone who signed up new and existing customers even the before the S23 was released quailify for?
