SIM only order placed and noting since?

I placed two orders for SIM Only deals last week I have had one new SIM arrive but nothing from the other order - its not recognized online to be able to see the status and there is no way to get through to anyone on customer service every option ends in nothing relevant then it hangs up - how do I actually find out what is going on with the order

I'm sorry to hear your full order is still not with you. 

Have you tried calling 150 from the SIM you have received?

Our customer care team are in the best position to look into this further for you with account access.
