I placed an order of Samsung s25 ultra and I was to have the watch 7 for 5£ per month and the AirPod galaxy pro but after I received the phone when I call to enquire about the the watch they told me because of my credit score I can’t have two devices and this happened after u guys checked my credit score and told me I can have the phone and the watch for 5£ so I was disappointed and returned the phone and the contract was cancelled I pay £30 upfront and £86 as first payment but until now I have not received my refund when I called last week they said I should wait for 10 working days and now its more than that almost a month now…. Can I please have my refund as I am losing patience
