I was offered a credit note to compensate for an error in my order set up. I received an email from EE saying that 'Thanks for getting in touch. We've added a £xx credit to your next bill. You don't need to do anything; we'll add it automatically'. However I cannot find a way to view this credit added to my account anywhere using the EE app or logging into my EE account via a browser. Would be great if someone with a similar experience could help out.

As said, it will appear in your next bill & auto used as a credit towards that bill. You won't see it until then.

Hi,
I've received a credit note too. I logged into my account via web browser and the credit note in found on the invoices page. You can download the credit note. On the app, if you click on download an invoice, there's a tab at the top to see credit notes.
