Yes its terrible says they close at 10pm but tried ringing it said 9!! I wouldn't bother ive messaged been told the wait is 7hrs 10min!! It's gone terrible if the wait is that long is the call centre based here in uk? Especially now they are joined with a certain company! Don't really think I will bother with broadband or upgrade been with them since 09 shame really but if you can't get hold of them nothing else you can do!

Think I may do the same! They are charging me 50.60pmth for 2yrs for an old Samsung s22!! Ludicrous or what? Oh and it's just 100gb aswell. Been with them since 09 they give this n that to new customers but they should be doing same for loyal customers aswell surely!? Make sure you all read small print aswell before committing. And a 7hr 10min wait to message they say call centres are uk based? ...yeh right so they open around 5am?? 🤔 laughable!

@Wrexham4eva71     Doesn’t matter how old the device is as when you got that that was the cost and you was happy with at the time.  The price doesn’t come down the older the device gets.  It’s a contract with a minimum term at that price.

Yeh fine but they shouldn't hike the prices up without telling you first and giving you the option to stay or go don't you think?

Hi leanne I've tried all ways am I meant to sit watching my phone for 7hrs incase you message? Like I said I first tried to contact 22nd June but as ive been unable to get through time has passed I'm into my 30days!

Mid-term inflation-linked price rises are part of your contract, if that's what you mean?
