SIM card delay

Hi,

 

I ordered a pay monthly SIM 9th dec  and it never arrived.

I finally got through to someone  yesterday (3/1/25) and  they arranged a replacement SIM to be sent to me.

my SIM account says my charge is over due for payment but I only received the SIM today 4/1/25  so why do I need to pay the charge for the month if I received the  product a month late?

If this was a new SIM-only connection, and the original SIM has never connected to EE's network, then you have a valid question to ask of EE-CS.

They have access to your individual account.

Yes this was a new sim only deal. It wasn't activated until today when I received the replacement sim as my original from December hadn't arrived

I'd recommend giving us a call and speaking with one of our guides, and they will look into your account and help you further with this.
