hey any suggestions please. For over a week i have been trying to upgrade my phone which is out of contract this month, each time i get to the confirm order it comes up with " there's a technical error" , i have tried doing it on the app, on the website, connected to mobile data, connected to wifi, through the upgrade link i got sent via text. This evening i have tried on the laptop, same thing. I have attempted several e chats , get told they are connecting me with someone and it doesn't happen or i have a 4 hour plus wait other times. I know the easy thing is to call but i don't want to and shouldn't have to out of choice, anyone having the same problem?

Hi @Joneslaurenm89 It's great news that you're looking to upgrade with us, It sounds like it's very frustrating for you when you'd like to upgrade but you're having issues.
Could you try using a different browser and accessing the EE website please?
I'd also recommend clearing your cookies and cache to see if that helps.

Hello, I had the same problem last month and I ended to give them a phone call to upgrade my phone. After 1 month the issue is still on:( every time when I try to buy or add something on my basket I’m getting this error
