I had a game card and accidentally used the cridet to buy a game for the wrong platform. I intended to get a ps5 game but ended up purchasing it for Xbox instead. Does anyone know if there's a way to refund or exchange it? Any help would be appreciated!

That's not to worry, @Arash1123.
One last thing to try in the meantime is giving our Digital Sales team a call on 0800 0790 531.
They're our go to team for all queries linked with online orders, and may be able to point you in the right direction for getting this chased.
