Two days ago, I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and additionally paid in full for AirPods Pro 3 at your Statfort branch. At the time of purchase, the operator Asem informed us that the headphones would be available for pickup within two days. However, when we returned to collect the item within the stated time frame, the staff informed us that the headphones would only be available in one month and refused to provide the paid product.I consider this situation unacceptable, as the item was fully paid for and incorrect information regarding the pickup time was provided by operator Asem at the Statfort branch. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly and that the paid headphones be provided as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved in a timely manner, I reserve the right to contact the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

@Ulbolsyn : This user discussion forum is not the correct platform for lodging complaints upon or escalating issues with EE. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

@Ulbolsyn You take this up with the store as that’s your point of sale.
This has nothing to do with customer support and in this case this public forum.
The store refused to supply the product that you paid for, is that the same product that they didn’t have because it hasn’t been delivered to the store. were you expecting them to magically appear ?
