I orderd 17 pro max

I recently ordered the iPhone 17 pro max in cosmic orange, on the 28th of jan . Ive only have received a contract summary/pre contract telling me about my device and plan . When will I know if I’ve been approved I’m so confused.

I've had a check over our stock for this model, and we're estimating delivery within 1-3 working days, so you should absolutely get an update from DPD with your tracking details soon. 

If you'd like this double checked at our end though, you can give our team a call and we can take a look at the order status in our system.

If you have an XK order reference number they'll be able to find it right away with this, or alternatively we can normally find you with a few other details too.

If you've received a contract summary usually that's a good sign. 

Which storage version of the 17 Pro Max did you go for here?

That's not a problem, @Peachey1.

We should still be able to locate you with a few further details, so just give us a call and make sure you ask for Web sales.

Very occasionally we'll need some extra details to complete an order, but they'll be able to help say for sure.
