Awaiting delivery of iPhone 17

Hello I ordered the iPhone 17 exactly a month ago today and it has still not been dispatched I’ve spoken to someone 4 times and still not getting an answer when it’s coming, is anyone currently having the same problem or does anyone know why this is happening?

I've checked the stock for that phone, and it shows we currently have stock, so there's no reason why you wouldn't have received it by now.

I'd recommend giving us a call, then a guide can take some details and get this investigated for you.

I can imagine you're excited to get your hands on your new phone.

Although I can't give you information about your specific order, if you tell me the model, memory size and colour that you've gone for, I'll be able to check our stock and let you know an approximate wait time for the phone?

Cheers mate appreciate that, like I said I’ve spoken to ee 4 times mow and each time they’ve said they will get it investigated and nothing has been done about it yet. I’ll try ringing again.

If you got an XKO reference after you processed your order, our customer team can use that to track down your order and give you an update.
