Iphone 15 pink order

Hello. I orderd an iPhone 15 on the 10th. Still not received an email for delivery..said dispatch within 24 hours. Do i worry?

I can imagine you are eager to receive your new phone. 

You can Track your Order with your order reference number, this is usually emailed to you. It can go into your spam or junk mail, take a look in there. 

What colour device did you choose? And what storage size? 

I can take a look at stock levels and expected delivery times.

Hi. I managed to speak to someone.  All abit confusing to be honest.  Somethimg about being out of stock and a 14 day period. Apparently the chances of me getting it before xmas are higher than not. Indknt feel confident.. complete anxiety as its a xmas present
