Hi, i ordered a tv and was advised that the order had not been completed.
The advisor reordered the TV for me.
Turns out the 1st order had gone on to my husbands account and arrived yesterday, today received a notification that the tv will arrive today. I was confused as i have already received this yesterday.
If i reject the 2nd tv during the delivery today will this cancel my order or do i need to accept the order and then send back?

The TV will be returned to EE and cancelled off your account.
I would recommend notifying customer care by giving them a call on 150.
