Good afternoon 

my name is Oladimeji and I ordered an iPhone 15pro max on October 2023, and I was deducted of £30 from my account, few days after I received a mail that my order has been declined that I will be refunded but up till this moment I haven’t got refund from EE.

i have gone to your outlet in Altricham to complain and called the customer care services and I was assured I will get the refund, but till date I haven’t gotten the refund…

please I need my refund

Refunds can take up to 14 days.

Payments would be pending with your bank until the order is accepted or declined, if this is not successful the bank would reverse the payment within 7 working days. Have you spoken to your bank to see if this has been completed with them?

I should have gotten it if it was reversed but I didn’t
Should I still have to go to my bank, cause this occurred since October
2023 and the order have been declined but not refund
