Hi, trying to register to order the new xbox, but I keep getting asked to link a device or broadband, which I do not have, never been EE customer before. Any help?
I registered but as soon as I want to buy the new xbox it says log in and then from there wants me to link a device..

@Shawty1993 : You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

@Shawty1993 you cannot purchase from the add to plan store if you’re not a EE contact customer you are expected to pay for the item with your monthly bill for 11 months. The add to plan store is a perk of being an EE contact customer.

See that's very confusing. It doesn't say that anywhere and I was gonna just buy it.. no contract, cant even do that.. Quite cheap compared to amazon, I guess unlucky..

You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.

No, it shouldn't & you'll get a 14-day cooling-off period to boot.
