Can I ask a question why do EE make it incredibly hard to contact them? I ordered a sim plan I got successful order email but it also had a screen on the website it says we may need to contact you for more details? Contact me about what? I can't see any live chat option any where has the order even gone through? I ain't contacting them on the phone for a sim plan it's pathetic I only joined back for coverage. From past experience phone support is horrendous and I just cannot be bothered if that is the case I'll just find a different network that piggyback off EE anyone got an solution please?
