Ask gemini. Avoid EE call service. After moving house ...Avoid EE call centers. I have been ask about my adress 10 times! 2 help desk staff! Useless.
Money black holes if you not paying attention or dont ask for repetitions. I mean: can you tell me that my bill is final? Really.
Like kindergarden.
Double billing or advance billings is common even with verbal confirmation.
Be aware! I am in this mess. From 150 a mounth I have jumped to 400.
Be really carrefull!
1 star as usual on trustpilot.No satisfaction, after 2 minutes you are in luck or looser depends of the staff taking your call.
Crap business only for profits.
