International dialing add on

Hi,

I have purchased an international dialling add on in order to dial Australia from the UK ( 500mins, £14). I did this a couple of weeks ago and it is showing as an active add on.

When will it start to work?

Hi @Graeme261 

Once the add-on is showing on your account, it means it is active and ready to use. 

You can keep a track of the minutes remaining using the EE app. Or text AL to 150. 

The 500 international minutes is a monthly recurring add-on which you can cancel when you no longer need it.
