iPhone still not been dispatched

Hi, I ordered the iphone 15 in black 256gb almost 3 weeks ago, still not updated. It said dispatch between 1 working day, but tracking has not updated since and still says awaiting dispatch, apart from a confirmation email I haven't received any further communication regarding this order...

Current orders are showing 'Usually despatched within 14 days' for the iPhone 15 256GB in Black. If you've had no further updates and the order was placed nearly three weeks ago, please give us a call and the team will check the order for you.
