I brought a monthly contract phone on saturday and got the email for the order on the same day. I then waited until monday night to try to track the order with the xko order number i had on the email and the email adress that the order was sent to, however it continues to say that it didnt work.

@Josh1605  When the device is allocated to you you will receive a tracking number.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
