I tried to contact the guides and they where unless anyone managed to get theirs or is this a scam from EE

Are the codes from the meta bundle meant to come from EE or are they supplied by a 3rd party? EE guides told me to phone meta and Microsoft to get my codes yet the contract is with EE

You should be sent a code by text message to the registered mobile number within 72 hour of receiving your order. If you haven't received this text message, our customer support team should be able to add it to your account, which triggers the message to be sent again.
