How do i know if i passed the credit check?

Hiya I put a contract through and it says successful in my email but do they credit check when applying or will that be the next email , I don’t know if I got it or not

Yes, your credit check would usually be completed during the ordering process.

I applied for contract qt the top says successful but is it really or do i have to wait for another email? And how long do I have to wait to find out? Here no chat or email and I dont want to ring.

It's fab to hear you've just applied for a new contract with us.

You should receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours with what you have selected. If there are any issues our team will be in touch asking you to reach out.

Did you order a new device as well? Some devices may have a wait time attached, but this is always displayed online.
