Hi did you every get this sorted and what was said? I've just tried placing an order and had the same email?

Hi Jon.

 

Thanks but there really should be more clarification as I've seen a lot of people getting the same emails after placing orders. 

For people that suffer with bad anxiety, like myself, there should be an alternative option to contact instead of calling, such as a live chat function that can deal with these things.
