Hello, I placed an order for a new phone this morning and didn't receive confirmation email with order number. The upfront payment gone through.

Your order won't be processed until Tuesday/Wednesday becase of the holidays. 

You'll receive a text from DPD when your delivery is due.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I ordered an upgrade today. The person I spoke to said I’d receive a confirmation email, I haven’t done so. I’m concerned the order will go to wrong address
