Cannot manage account online or in the app

Same for me. Its awful. Currently in Saudi with no way of sharing data with my data who is visiting a friend in Manchester.

Thanks for coming to the community.

There can be restrictions on gifting data when you are overseas, especially if you have your bill date while you are there.

Are you finding that you just can't gift the data or are you seeing an error when logging in or trying to access a specific section?
