No notice

What is it with EE don't give you notice of maintenance on app and website everywhere else gives you some warning like with banks and other networks so when you log into EE to do what you need to do you can't do it because they're doing update without giving you notice

@Gibbons1  Because they do it when it’ll cause the least disruption to the vast majority of customers ie late at night around 11pm till around 6am.   Some customers have switched off notifications from EE so how do EE notify all customers?
