@rene4 , if payment has not gone through, then I would suggest you speak to customer service about it, this is a public forum with no account access and we do not know who you are, and do not start another thread, but continue in this one, please, no need for multiple threads.
You may also want to check your bank as to why it may not have gone through successfully, you need to do the search yourself as to why the payment has not gone through.
