Overcharged

I was expecting my bill for my new phone to be £118 but have been charged £137 this morning. I can't view my bill and would like to know why I've been lied to?. 

Guy on phone said £88 for phone and £30 for watch, I even have the order email saying the same.

@KAASUTI  because you’ve been charged up until the point until your bill was generated. So you pay the days before the bill was generated and then you pay for the month ahead.
