I am trying to upgrade online and it won’t let me it comes up with a message sorry the link isn’t working and I can’t contact anyone in any other way as the phone line cuts me off.

Can you try this link to log into your My EE account to view your upgrade options, does this work for you?

I also have the same problem, tried that link and reply comes up 'sorry that link isn't available. Really need to upgrade ASAP as phone is unreliable and needed as i need to keep in touch wiht my mum as she has cancer. Can you help?

Hi,

Managed to choose a nee phone via the app, then went to checkout and same issue again ‘ sorry this page can’t be displayed’! Getting frustrated with this and thinking of going to another provider.
