I have put in request for upgrade. Gives me my order number. Try to see when phone is coming. All I get is sorry no information at this time. Everywhere I try on the ee app it's a dead end. Not a happy bunny.

If you're unable to track your order online, you'd need to get in touch with Customer Care for an update.
DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.
