I have a Google Pixel 9a on order and haven't been given an estimated dispatch date. Do you have any guidance on how long it is currently taking to dispatch please?

On the first options when you dial 150, are you asked press 1 for visual service, @caromcnicoll?

Try option 2 (not visual service), then follow any of the options for account queries or technical support. It should get you through to speak to someone.
